Transformasi Konflik Di Pedesaan Untuk Mencapai Kesepakatan Perdamaian

Conflict Transformation, Rural Conflict, PeaceAbstract
This research explores the transformation of conflict in Gampong Bakat, Woyla District, to achieve rural peace. Conflicts in this region arise from unequal distribution of social assistance, non-transparency of village budgets, injustice in village development, as well as the influence of the culture of nepotism and changes in agricultural technology. Findings show community dissatisfaction with village policies that are considered unfair or ineffective, including social assistance that is not well-targeted and job reductions due to technological change. This conflict, although it creates tension, also has positive potential as a driver of constructive social change. Conflict transformation requires an inclusive and participatory approach with transparency in budget management, fairness in the distribution of social assistance, and adaptation strategies to technology. In-depth identification of the source of the conflict and involvement of all parties in the resolution is very important. Open dialogue and discussion forums can overcome dissatisfaction, while Realistic Conflict theory emphasizes cooperation through shared goals to change conflict dynamics. Effective conflict management is key to creating sustainable peace, enabling rural communities to develop and achieve sustainable prosperity.
